With one physician approaching retirement, the practice is well-established and exclusive to one highly-regarded hospital, where the daily average of 20 inpatients and 10 consults provide a manageable workload. With hospitalists handling admissions, the 1:4 call schedule is light and manageable. The practice is spread across four main units, providing care to over 325 dialysis patients, and boasting JV opportunities. In a desirable location just 80 miles from San Francisco, physicians rotate rounds one week per month. A highly competitive compensation package of $250K plus benefits is offered for the first year, with partnership opportunities available after just two years.
